SUSPENSION - FRONT
07/21/20061
When driving the car the front end was making very loud noises which became worse when driving over bumpy roads. i had one tie rod replaced a few years ago but the noise was only slightly better and no one could figure out what was causing it. the noise got severe and i took it to another mechanic and i had to have the left and right tie rods, the left and right side stabilizer bars and the driver side upper control arm replaced. there was a recall on the car in approximately 2000 at which time i brought the car in to the dealership where they supposedly inspected it and said there was nothing wrong and no parts were replaced. i am now having these problems with the car that all seem to be related to the recall regarding the front suspension. there is also a problem with the accelerator pedal sticking which now needs to be fixed. and on rainy days it has become almost impossible to drive the car because the front window defogger does not seem to work properly and the inside of the car fogs up severely causing me to have to pull off the road. *nm

Ball joint damage is due to bad boots. i would like to have these ex-rayed to prove their incompetance to do their job protecting the ball jts. the misalignment, pinching, hairline cracks or holes have caused the destruction on the control arms and ball jts. these problems put strain on the brake system thus causing rotors to warp and wear out. i would like all documentation on all galants with these problems and their results (20 susp., 25 brake, & 17 power train on your complaint issuance via net). i would like all other complaint data via telcons or written complaints in these matters. i know that this is an injustice to me as a consumer, in my heart and soul i know that this is wrong. can you assist me in obtaining recall letters (including but not limitied to #'s 99v0660001 and 99v066002)please and explain to me how a recall on a boot can be established without the cooperative parts as well. please send a copy o this complaint back to my home address and email and include please all o these notes as a hard copy. do you also maintain any records o small claims cases, independant law suits or court actions o any kind relating to this or my pursuit o justice. i am willing to go to any lengths to resolve this injustice including contact with the local district atty, and the state atty. general. also, i implore you to send this data to your associate administrator or saety assurance. i'm sorry about the lacking letter between d & g in my correspondence to you. thank you in advance or your support, assistance and any guidance you can provide me with. sincerely, vicki beaumont. *ak
