| I have a mitsubishi galant 2003. my child is 6yrs. old and were riding when this happened. somehow he was in tied in a hang loop hole. i had to stop the car, i thought i would have to cut the seatbelt to remove him, but i didn't have any scissors. when i tried to untangle him, the seatbelt squeezed his neck and he stated that he could not breathe. the loop was smaller than his head, i had to lift his body to remove him safely. this was so scary. i'm glad i saw him or else i would have lost my son that day instantly. when i tried to untangle him, i didn't take much for the loop to squeeze his neck. this is not safe at all. *tr | |||
