 Tl. the contact owned a 1994 mitsubishi montero. the contact stated while the vehicle was stopped at a red light another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contacts vehicle. during the crash the contacts vehicle crashed into a vehicle that was stopped in front of the contacts vehicle and the vehicle was destroyed. during the crash the air bags did not deploy and the contact hit her head but was unsure what she hit. the contact was taken to the hospital for a broken ankle and a head trauma. the contact was placed in intensive care due to the head trauma. the police stated if the air bag would have deploy the contact could have avoided seriously injury. the contact called the manufacturer and explained what happened with the air bag. the contact has not heard back from the manufacturer. the stated the manufacturer should be held responsible for the air bags not deploying. the failure mileage was 230,000. jo
