After numerous brake repairs, the right tag axle broke off at 65 mph (was said to be a bearing failure due to a maintainance issue). had brake system evaluated and was found to have a brake line obstruction not releasing the brakes. resulting in dragging all brakes which caused the tag axle failure and all the brake repairs. but chevrolet says the failures are due to being overweight. the coach weighs 18,400 lbs. national rv says it can weigh up to 19,500 lbs but chevrolet says the chassis is only rated at 16,500 lbs. national rv refused to warranty any chassis parts made by chevrolet and chevrolet refuses to warranty anything due to being overweight. the results is that we feel that this vehicle is unsafe and should be removed from the highway by one or both factories.*ak
