Defect SummaryOn certain travel trailers, the incorrect tag installed 15 tires with cold inflation pressure of 65 psi. the correct tires are 16 with a listed cold inflation pressure of 80 psi.

 Consumer indicated that on june/13/2003 manufacturer replaced the draw bar, front header aluminum rack guard, the draw bar failed while driving, damaging the front header diamond plate'; return true; onmouseout=window.status=''; return true;>diamond plate. also the interior, six month later the draw bar broke again, this time dealership indicated to the consumer we already fixed it. *ak the consumer used the rv april/may 2003 and started noticing it was bouncing more than it should. the consumer noticed that the rv had been pushed up into the floor of the inside. the mechanic told the consumer that there was a defect in the frame that could never be fixed. the vehicle trailor hitch was damaged beyond repair. the frame under the trailer appeared to be pushing front wall and floor loose. the consumer has filed a number of complaints. the manufacturer refused to provide the consumer's with a replace ment rv because the repairs made to the chassis were not made by a national rv dealer, therefore the work could not be gauranteed. *tc
