| The consumer was unable to put fuel into his 2005 nissan 350 z. *jb the pump would shut off as soon as the trigger was pulled. the dealer replaced the fuel filler tube. nissan denied a defect. the consumer also experienced sudden acceleration issues, in fact one incident occurred while pulling into a parking lot. this was a low speed collision and the damage was minor. *sc | |||
