 2002 nissan maxima with a recall. consumer states that there is no recall on his vehicle. consumer states that he is very unsatisfied about that response. he stated that he received the letter stating his vehicle had a recall. *kb the manufacturer sent the consumer an apology letter, stating the notice was sent to him in error. *jb
