| While driving on the dealer provided spear, the rear differrential was damaged and caused the rear wheels to grip at 50 mph. the wheels would have locked up if i had continued driving at that rate of speed. this is an unsafe situation, because the dealer provided spear is not appropreiate for this type of vehicle (awd/suv). i could have lost my life if the wheels had locked up completely and i lost control of the car in traffic. i am a nurse at an acute care hospital and i feel this is a significate safe issue that needs to be addressed by nissan. | |||

| Tl* the contact owns a 2006 nissan murano. the contact stated that while attempting to engage the brakes, the vehicle lunged forward and crashed into an ice bank. a police report was not filed and no injuries were reported. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who was not able to diagnose the failure. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure and the vehicle was not repaired. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 59,000 and current mileage was 72,000. | |||
