| Tl - the contact owns a 2010 nissan murano. the contact stated that there were fumes being emitted into the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that there was a leak on the head gasket, as a result the head gasket and transfer case it needed to be replaced. the remedy failed to repaired the problem. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who offered to make the repairs at no cost and extent the warranty for the parts that were being replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 1 and the current mileage was 17,000. pm | |||
