	Ventilation system air comes in and can't be shut off. consumer contacted dealership, and mechanic told him that he needs to have an air conditioner installed to solve the problem. ak with window closed and with ventilator on, all kinds of polutant comes into the vehicle due to design flaw of ventilation system. yh

	Wiper arm broke, leaving me in a downpour with no wipers. i was towed to service, but no dealer in three states had the part. all dealers and the regional office said that the part had been on backorder and was in demand, leading us to believe that the manufacturer was aware that there was a problem and was not acting to fix it. regional parts supervisor confirmed this. after a day's search, we found a used part (at higher cost) 100 miles away.
