My son was driving the vehicle and ran into the back of a boat trailer. speed at impact was approximately 30mph. the vehicle he hit did not stop, we suspect he didn't even realize he had been hit and probably thought he just hit a bump in the road or something. the vehicle suffered front end damage typical of a 30mph crash. what is very upsetting is that the vehicle caught on fire and burnt up. despite the fact the several truck drivers stopped to assist and emptied 4 extinguishers on the fire, it wasn't enough to put it out. on top of all of that neither airbag, driver side or passenger side did not deploy despite a direct front on impact. needless to say i am very upset with the manufacturer. a 30mph collision should not result in a totaled vehicle.*ak
