This morning when i drove my 2005 nissan quest van in my garage i immediately smelled something burning. i looked to the rear of the van and saw black smoke coming from around the taillight housing. i immediately backed the van out of the garage. suddenly flames came from the bottom of the taillight housing. by the time i could grab a fire extinguisher a hole approx. 6 in diameter had burned through and melted part of the taillight housing and the rear bumper fascia. i will contact my dealer tomorrow morning to have a tow truck sent to my house to pick the van up and have it repaired. *tr | |||

I had the headlight bulbs blow out a second time. and the car only has 34,000 miles on it. that is unusual. *tr |
