| Defect Summary | During production, a select number of vehicles underwent an offline inspection at the assembly plant where a bolt in the front suspension assembly was removed. on some of these vehicles, it is possible that this bolt may not have been tightened to specification when it was reinstalled. | |||||||||||||||
| Consequence Summary | If the bolt is loose, the driver will hear a rattling noise and notice vibration. if the bolt comes off completely, the driver can experience difficulty in controlling the direction of the vehicle which could result in a crash. | |||||||||||||||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2007 nissan quest. the contact stated that during the winter during the winter months the abs, traction control and slip lights came on the dashboard. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was told the abs actuator pump motor failed. the service department stated the failure was unusual, but they felt it could have been because of the heavy snow and moisture may have contributed to the failure. the failure mileage was 74,884 and the current mileage was 75,480.rl | |||

| There is a rattling noise somewhere in the front of the vehicle (apparently in the wheels). also, i noticed some vibration in the steering wheel. there seem to be some electric failure as sometimes the a/c don't work (when that happens you have to turn off the vehicle and then turn it on again for it to work). *tr | |||
