| Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan rogue. the contact stated that while applying the brakes during snowy weather conditions, the brakes would not engage sporadically. the failure would only occur during inclement weather. the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. the manufacturer was contacted but would not provide any assistance. the failure mileage was 9,900 and the current mileage was 10387. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2009 nissan rogue. while driving 8 mph, the steering wheel, gear shifter, and brakes all lock up at the same time. the contact stated that if felt as if the vehicle had shut off. he had to apply the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle. when he turned off and restarted the vehicle, it operated normally. the dealer inspected the vehicle, but could not determine why the brakes, steering, and gear shifter locked up. the contact refuses to drive the vehicle until the manufacturer has located the failure and declares it safe to drive. the current mileage was 4,500 and failure mileage was 1,500. | |||
