| Tl*the contact owns a 2008 nissan titan. he stated that while driving 45 mph he crashed into two vehicles. the contact attempted to engage the brake pedal; however, the brakes failed and caused a front end collision. the air bags did not deploy and the seat belts did not latch. the contact sustained major injuries to his head, arms and legs from the front windshield. the police was notified and an incident report is available. the dealer stated that they are not liable and advised the contact to notify the insurance company. the dealer agreed to repair the air bag sensors at the owners expense. the vehicle identification number was unavailable. the failure and current mileages were 31,000. | |||
