| Tl-the contact owned a 2009 nissan titan. the contact stated that while driving 55 mph, she attempted to avoid crashing into a dog and lost control of the vehicle. as a result, the vehicle rolled over several times and none of the air bags deployed. a police report was filed and no injuries were reported. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who was unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle was repaired. two years later, the failure occurred a second time while driving 60 mph in the rain. the vehicle became airborne and flipped over, but none of the air bags deployed. a police report was again filed and no major injuries were reported. the vehicle was declared destroyed. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 500 and the current mileage was unknown. the vin was unavailable. sm. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2009 nissan titan. while traveling at speeds of 45 mph, the contact depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle began to decrease in speed. the vehicle speed decreased to 25 mph however the brakes would not engage any further. the vehicle proceeded to crash into the rear end of a preceding vehicle. the frontal air bags did not deploy on impact. the crash was being investigated by his insurance company. the vin was not available at the time of the complaint. the failure and the current mileages were 25,000. | |||
