| I rear-ended a ford f-350 at approx 30 mph. neither of my airbags deployed. i have called peterson's body shop, on a daily basis, where my vehicle is being repaired. the body shop guy said there was a short in the wiring harnass which made the check light not work and the airbags not deploy. i feel that no one will take responsibility for the resulting failure of my airbags because i was not injured. i have contacted nissan. i spoke with jeff, my file # is 3654343 at 1-800-nissan1. i have also contacted tim dahle nissan of sandy, where i leased the vehicle. also there isn't a part number on the faulty wiring harnass that has delayed the repair of my vehicle from the accident on december 6,2001. i thank you for any information you can give me. sincerely, maxine miller. *ak | |||

| I an pretty sure at 50 mph hitting another car the airbags should deployed. i don't know enough about them to say that with 100% accuracy, but you would. nissan will look at the car, but how can i know if they say they shoudl not have deployed if they are saying that to appease me or because it's true. *ak | |||

| I am concerned that the air bag did not deploy upon impact of the other vehicle. this was a frontal collision for me and a side impact for the other vehicle. my front bumper and front end was badly damaged to a point where my air bags should have deployed, this also what the office on the scene had indicated. | |||
