| Tl. the contact owns 1994 oldsmobile delta 88. the contact stated while driving 50 mph the cradle bolt that holds the engine and transmission rusted out causing the steering column to disconnect from the rack and pinion. this caused the contact to lose control of the vehicle. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer regarding the rust on the bolts and the dealer stated there is no recall and the vehicle is out of warranty so the contact is responsible for the repairs. the vehicle at this time is un-drivable. the contact stated the rust is due to the salt build up due the winter weather. the failure mileage was 182,000. jo | |||
