Defect SummaryA spring in the head lamp portion of the head park lamp switch can fail preventing latching of the head lamp portion of the switch in the on position.
Consequence SummaryThe head lamps would not stay illuminated resulting in reduced driver visibility.

 Sometimes the turn signals will not operate properly. i checked the fuze panel underneath the dash and all were okay and properly seated. i find that if i bang underneath the dash the signal will start operating, ie starting blinking.
