 The manifold on the consumers vehicle was replaced at his expense one year ago and now there is a recall on the fuel pressure regulator, which the consumer believed somehow affected the manifold. gm stated the defect did not affect his vehicle. *jb after the engine was warmed and started, it would take a couple of tries and then the vehicle would surge when starting. the fuel pressure was leaking. the vehicle continued to lose coolant. *sc *jb

 The vehicle stalls and suddenly accelerates while driving, the dealer has been unable to duplcate the problem, this problem causes loss of power steering and brakes. nlm
 Intermittently while driving vehicle will accelerate suddenly. dealer has inspected vehicle and could not duplicate or correct the problem. please provide additional information.*ak
 While going down hills in cruise control the car continues to gain speed until the brakes are applied.

 Consumer was driving on bwi pkwy at approximately 40mph when the vehicle accelerated so high that consumer was unable to stop it, he did remain in control, although vehicle ruptured the left front and rear tires after which the vehicle slowed down. consumer was then able to stop vehicle. vehicle was not in cruise control position. oldsmobile denied any problems. *ak
