| Tl*the contact owns a 2002 oldsmobile alero. on may 21, 2007, the contact crashed into a tree while driving 35 mph. the air bags failed to deploy. the passenger suffered a severe head injury and received seven stitches. the driver's chest and back were bruised. the weather was not a factor. the vehicle was destroyed and is currently in the contact's garage. a police report was filed. the vin, engine size, and # of cylinders were unavailable. the current and failure mileages were 71,000. | |||
