| Dealer replaced horn system, owner's manual recommended to sound the horn, and press center pads on steering wheel. consumer maintained that owner's manual did not say that there was a special place to press center pads. however, on this vehicle there was a specific place where the horn pads were located, and driver had to press very hard. another vehicle almost backed into consumer's vehicle, and consumer could do nothing, but sit there.*ak | |||
