Defect SummaryVehicle description: passenger vehicles. the owner manuals do not contain the requirement information pertaining to the vehicle headlamp aiming device. this does not comply with requirements of fmvss no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.
Consequence SummaryIf the headlamp assemblies are replaced, customers may not be able to properly aim the headlights.
Corrective SummaryOwners will be mailed an owner manual's insert which contains the appropriate information.

 The blinker switch isn't working properly. it started about a month ago and i replaced the bulb four times and now when i try to replace it doesn't do anything. i have noticed all intrigues having the same problem as i have asked them if that was the case. i took it to an automotive mechanic and they said that it was a defective turn signal switch. that needs to be replaced. *tr

 The events leading up to the failure is just turning the car on. the failure is the daytime/signal lights, it occurs now up to 3 times a week. after putting a new light in its place within the next day the light is burning out at the connection part. as of right now nothing is being don to correct the problem but buying $5 light bulbs 2 to 3 times a week. *tr

 Steering rack has a clunking sound when when first moving car & turning the steering wheel plus is hard to turn. parking lamp socket failed causing bulb to melt & fuse melted plastic inside of socket, which will not allow a replacement bulb to be replaced, bulb fails to light up for turn signals. air conditioning is poor at best, will not cool car down.

 Consumer has had repeated problems with the brakes, dealer has replaced front rotors four times and rear rotors two times, vehicle shudders when depressing brakes, the consumer is also requesting reimbursement. fog light bulb shorted out. *slc

 The right front turn signal/running lights continuously went out without warning. this was due to the same defect described in recall 04v547000 for the drl turn signal bulb replacement, but this make/ model was not included in the recall. *jb
