| Two car crashes - one at ~35mph colliding with a tree (in late 2006) nearly head-on and a second (january 21st, 2008) at ~65mph colliding with an interstate guard rail also nearly head-on - neither of which triggered a deployment of the air bags of the vehicle. the electrical system of the vehicle is questionable as the car experienced flashes of the headlights, temporary failure of the interior lights, and other electrical issues before the most recent accident. *tr | |||

| The passenger side air bag was sitting up and away from the dash board. the consumer was able to see the air bag through the gap in the panel. the dealer was willing to repair the problem at a cost to the consumer. the manufacturer is aware of the problem. *jb | |||
