	I have had the pulley repair on my 2002 pathfinder repair twice, in 2006 and again in 2008 i believe. and it is still giving me a problem. the driver seat motor will not move forward or backward, and in exterm hot weather, my motor drags, and it is hard to start the engine. the cd player never work right.

	I bought the car in feb. of 2009 and by march of 2009 the the fuel sensor started acting funny. it was not covered(which it should have been by the dealer) and i could not afford to pay out of pocket. now the fuel level will read - - - when the tank is less than 1/4 a tank of gas and it also makes the service enguine light come on. it is not safe for families to be driving with a defective fuel sensor. i did receive the something in the mail about a recall on the gas gauge, but my vehicle had just passed the 72000 mile mark(72135 roughly) so i was told that it was not covered and i woul dhave to pay out of pocket for the problem. i have been looking online and the fix is very expensive $500 and up. on a one income home i cannot afford to pay for a part that should have been fixed by the dealer before i bought the vehicle! also, when locking the car the horn does not sound anymore. this is not a huge deal but i am wondering if it has something to do with the service enguine light that came on because of the fuel sensor.

	I was driving my car into my neighborhood. i turned a corner heard a clunk my steering was tight. i then turned into my driveway and lost my steering. fortunately i was moving slow and did not hit anything. i got out of my vehicle looked under the hood and discovered that my left front wheel well had rusted through and had rotated up and into my steering column breaking the spring in the column and knocking out my steering. so far nissan and my dealer have done nothing. they have rejected my claim that this is a safety problem and they have not given me a formal estimate of the cost to repair. they did offer me $500 of trade in value towards a new vehicle purchase. on november 13, 2009 i requested that the vehicle be repaired at my cost. i visited the dealer on december 1, 2009 to check on progress, and as of this afternoon december 4, 2009 they have not prepared an estimate. i feel this is a safety issue an additional bracket would prevent the wheel well from hitting the steering column. i am lucky that it happened in my driveway later that day was going to drive that vehicle to new york state where if this happened at high speed would have been a serious and possible fatal crash. instead i drove a rental car after my vehicle was towed to the dealer. *tr

	About a month or two ago i filled up the gas tank and only after driving ~20min did the fuel level needle rise and then it updated the dte display. recently the check engine light came on and the code read the fuel sensor system. i put gas in and the dte read ------- then flashed to 64, then to 0 and bk up. it scrambles the numbers up and down, never reading accurately. one garage said the whole fuel system brain needed to be replaced ~$700-800. what if i'm on the highway with my children in the truck and my gage reads full and i run out of gas? *tr

	My complaint is quite the same as i can see all ready listed on this site. i have a 2001 nissan pathfinder which i purchased in 2004. i have had to replace my sway bar which no one especially the dealer knows how it got bent and needed to be replaced. my 6cd bose changer also shut down on me in 2007 just stop working and not ejecting cds and doing a click click noise all the time i have two cds in there i can not remove or get out. according to nissan they don't handle these issues and do not fix them they replace the whole cd changer for $700-$800. this is a continuous problem and issue with them and their sister companies with the bose system the vehicles are provided with when you purchase them. you do not order the system it comes with the vehicle but they wont accept responsibility nor fix it. i also had the engine light problem and took to a mechanic whom stated was the catalytic converter code on the diagnostic test and had to take to nissan because they would not touch the vehicle and was still under manufacturer warranty being under 80,000. quote per nissan all it was is an electrical computer upgrade code. needed to upgrade my electrical computer software?????? the engine light came on then went off within a couple of weeks and then came back on and stayed on and never shut off until nissan reprogrammed the system. i also had my muffler fall completely off from the back end up until the middle part. was totally rusted and came right off and of course it fell off right after nissan passed me for my inspection w/ emissions 30 days prior??? i see all these complaints and for years and nothing being done nor are they taking care of anything that is obviously repetitious on the site all the same common complaints but yet nissan not doing anything nor this site to help us consumers and have nissan take responsibility for all of this. *tr

	The front end of my 1998 nissan pathfinder shakes wildly when i drive it. i had a mechanic inspect the vehicle and he said my struts need to be replaced. i'm afraid to drive it at all. i need to have it fixed immediately.
