This control module controls rear vent windows, overhead lights, elec. odometer, trip odometer, ext. temperature and compass. no alterations or repairs have ever been made to this area of the vehicle. without any warning the module began to produce a significant amount of heavy smoke and odor. i pulled off the road, shut off the car, pulled down the console and pulled the master multi-pin plug. were i on a busy highway the smoke from this event (directly above the windshield and overhead of the driver) would have certainly caused an accident.*ak | |||
