 This is in regards to the gen 3 seat belts i don't really have a complaint because nothing has happened to us in our vehicle, however, i feel that this is an issue that needs further investigation. as an owner of a 1994 plymouth grand voyager, i am concerned for the safety of my family. *la

 While driving 70 mph, the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. both frontal air bags failed to deploy and both frontal seat belts failed to lock. this caused the passenger to sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. the vehicle was towed to a garage. the cause has not been determined at this time. please provide further details. *jb *tc

 The passenger seatbelt mount fell off the vehicle during normal use, it simply became unbolted from the wall of the vehicle. nlm

 The front passenger & driver side seat belt buckles do not latch properly. on several occasion both seat belts were not secured which could result in servere injury if an accident occured. *yc

 Seat belt buckles: seat belt buckles are to0 long and will not secure a child or child seat securely. with an adult, it slides above hip onto the stomach area. dealer says there is nothing they can do. *ak
