| Transmission/torque converter failed, causing vehicle to lunch forward. problem occurs usually after trips over 5 miles when transmission is warmed up. initially, dealership diagnosed it as throttle position sensor failure, and replaced the part. after the fourth failure, dealership diagnosed it as torque converter malfunctioning. | |||
