| Tl- the contact owns a 1998 plymouth grand voyager. the contact's vehicle was crashed into from the rear. the front driver and passenger side seats fractured, throwing the driver and passenger into the dash board. the seat then moved backward independently. the air bags did not deploy. the driver and passenger were transported to the hospital via ambulance. the driver sustained neck, shoulder, back, hip and knee injuries. the passenger sustained injuries to the neck, shoulder, back, hip and a bruised hernia. the police reported to the scene and a report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the approximate failure mileage was 100,000. kmj | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 1998 plymouth grand voyager. while stopped waiting to make a turn a vehicle crashed into the rear of the contacts vehicle. the front driver and passenger side seats fractured pushing the driver and passenger up to the dash board. the seat then moved backwards. the air bags did not deploy. the driver and passenger were transported to the hospital by ambulance. the driver sustained neck, shoulder, back, hip and knee injuries. the passenger sustained injuries to his neck, shoulder, back, hip and bruised a hernia. the police reported to the scene and a report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 100,000. ds | |||

| While driving, the consumer was directed onto another lane of traffic. a vehicle hit the consumer from behind without warning. the passenger's side front seat collapsed forward and the driver and passenger side air bags deployed. the consumer sustained neck and back injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. the vehicle was towed and totaled by the insurance company. please fill in additional information. *jb | |||

| Multiple collisions, non-family member driving car. driver had an epileptic seizure and blacked out. apparently accelerated the mini van and rear ended a dodge ram pickup truck twice,and then ran into a telephone pole. both air bags deployed. driver wakened from accident. the right front passenger's seat, however, was up against the dashboard after the accident. chrysler sent out an engineer to look at seat. it was pinned against the dashboard and will not move. our concern is obvious. what would have happened in an accident with a passenger in the seat? pictures are available via e-mail if requested. car was considered totalledby the insurance company. car is located at pulera alrikas collision center kenosha, wi 53144. *ak | |||

| Ypulera alrikas collision center was returning vehicle to consumer when they hit something that pushed in the front end of vehicle. when consumer saw vehicle the passenger's front seat was only 4 away from the dash. also, consumer cannot open glove box due to impact. the front seat sliding mechanism released the seat. *ak | |||
