| Failure of interlock transmission system on a 2005 pontiac aztek. the vehicle would not shift out of park when the brake was depressed fully, and the button on the automatic shifter would not push in. this is on a vehicle with 27,361 miles on it, and an automatic transmission. the vehicle was not covered under warranty, had to be towed, ands a cable fixed/repaired. *tr | |||

| I have two 2005 pontiac awd azteks . at aprox 30,000 miles each they started to vibrate .( september & october 2007 ) having just moved to the area i took them to fletches. the car started to vibrate mid october it has been in now 3 or 4 times nothing has been working for the fix . i then called pontiac .they agreed with the dealer that there is nothing more they can do because they don't know what is causing the vibration. i was told don't take it back to fletches they will call me if they find out what to do . he told me he would call fletches and call me back .i still have not heard from anyone i would like my cars fixed. *tr | |||

| I have two 2005 pontiac awd azteks . at aprox 30,000 miles each they started to vibrate .( september 2007 ) having just moved to the area i took the first one to fletches . when i was called to pick up the car i was charged $50.00 and told the tires are unsafe ' it is a tire issue . when i purchased the car i also purchased an insurance policy from the discount tire company . i then went to discount tire to have them check the problem . they found nothing wrong with the tires , but since fletches put on my bill that the tires were unsafe they put new tires on the car for a prorated amount of $203.20 . on the way home i noticed that the car still vibrates . i went back to the dealer and asked for my money back .they gave me the $50.00 back but not the amount for the tires . about a week or so later the other car started to vibrate ( mid october) it has been in now 3 or 4 times nothing has been working for the fix . i then called pontiac .they agreed with the dealer that there is nothing more they can do because they don't know what is causing the vibration. i was told don't take it back to fletches they will call me if they find out what to do . i then told the pontiac rep that i wanted my $203.20 back for the tires he told me he would call fletches and call me back . i just got off the phone with the pontiac rep, he spoke to bob johnson ( service manager) at fletches and he told him they will not give me my money back because i did not buy the tires from fletches ,if i had they would refund my money .that sounds to me like they were try to take advantage of me hoping that i would have bought the tires from them,not knowing that i had the insurance policy fletches misdiagnosed the problem at the start ,i bought tires that i did not need. i would like my cars fixed and a refund for the tires i purchased. *tr | |||
