| Tl*the contact owns a 2000 pontiac firebird. the vehicle has kumho tires, size p23555r16 (na). the contact stated that the tires were defective and would bounce. he noticed that the two sets of four tires he received were both defective. the tires also caused the vehicle to vibrate. the tire company replaced the first four tires and, after another failure, replaced them with another set of four kumho tires. the replacement tires also failed. the contact refused to take the tire brand and insisted on another tire manufacturer. the contact did not have the vin or dot number at the time of the complaint. the current and failure mileages were approximately 27,000. | |||
