| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 pontiac g6. the contact was driving approximately 70 mph when the rear brake lights illuminated without the brake pedal being engaged. the failure recurred intermittently. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who was unable to duplicate the malfunction however, the brake switch was replaced but the failure continued. the vehicle was not repaired for the most recent failure. the manufacturer was not notified of the problem. the approximate failure mileage was 56,000. kmj | |||
