Every three months i ended up replacing brake pads and rotors on my 2001 grand am. then one morning i was going to work traveling at the speed of around 60 mph when the car started to drift left uncontrollably. i ended up jerking the wheel to avoid a head-on collision, which resulted in a end to end roll over crash. at which time the part of the seat belt that you buckle in to broke causing me to become unbuckled and thrown to the back seat of the car. *la

Not a safety precaution. i drive a 2001 pontiac grand am. every car that make and year model have broken hub caps, mine included. they rattle for a while then they break in half. there has got to be some sort of defect if it's just that make and model. the noise is embarrassing and annoying. i feel that the pontiac company should look in to the problem and fix it. also, rear middle seatbelt never stayed tight. loosens very easily while my child is wearing it and when my child was in a car seat. *nm

Dt: the contact stated while driving the electrical system would go on and off intermittently. this happens every time the vehicle was driven on rough roads. the vehicle was taken to a certified dealer for diagnosis. the problem could not be duplicated. also, the rear seat belt material fell apart. this was inspected by the dealer, they offered no free repair. *ak

While placing child inside the vehicle in the rear consumer noticed that rear seat belts were inserted backwards from the manufacturer in order to click them in. consumer had to twist them up side down in order to click them into hold, and retract. consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic indicated that this vehicle was not on recall, and the warranty expired. *ak
