TIRES
05/22/20061
A woman blew a tire and lost control of her vehicle and ran into my trailer and came at me head on i swerved away from her and jackknifed into the median. my question is ,was this her fault? are you suppose to be in control of your vehicle at all times? people are telling me that this was not her fault. there was no defects found with her tires. please answer soon. i would really like to know the answer to this. if a trailer driver blows a tire, and runs into someone isn't it always the drivers fault? *tr
