When applying brakes, vehicle would come to a slamming stop jolting body and transmission to a complete stop then proceeding to normal driving mode until applying brakes again. took my vehicle in to service 4 times for same repair. codes p0013, p0014, p0700 & p2637 on diagnostic revealed all 4 times when service dept. checked for issues. also, powertrain differential in rear makes dragging noise since day one.

Tl- the contact owns a 2006 pontiac solstice. the contact stated that driving 35mph the deck lid on the rear of the vehicle opened up on it's own. the contact stated that the control for the deck lid is all electronic. general motors was contacted and case 71862322670 was assigned to an investigator. he finally got to talk to the investigator and they stated it was not mechanical so the repairs would be at his expense even though the vehicle is still under warranty. the failure and current mileages were 24,000. vin unknown. rd
