| Own a 2007 pontiac solstice gxp. for some time the passenger side airbag indicator light has failed to change when an adult sits in passenger seat, since approx 15,000 kms. now the display panel reads service airbags, since approx 55,000 kms. i took it into gm, who advised that i need a sdm module. i am extremely surprised. this is an abnormal serious safety issue, through research, appears to be a common class issue with the solstice, this begs for gm to lean fwd with voluntary recall before lives are lost as a result, or before it grows to an extent akin to what toyota recently experienced with lack of fwd thinking & proactive due diligence. | |||
