Defect SummaryCertain pro-a motors corner lamps, turn signals, and headlights sold as replacement lamps for use on certain passenger vehicles listed above. some combination lamps that are not equipped with amber side reflectors fail to conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.
Consequence SummaryWithout the amber reflectors, the vehicle will be poorly illuminated, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash without warning.
Corrective SummaryPro-a motors will notify owners and offer to repurchase the lamps. the recall began on april 3, 2006. owners may contact pro-a motors at 323-838-2988.

Defect SummaryThe front and/or rear hazard warning lamps (four-way flashers) do not flash when the hazard switch is activated. this fails to comply with fmvss no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.
Consequence SummaryIf these lamps were not flashing, other vehicles would not be aware that this vehicle was stopped increasing the risk of an accident.
Corrective SummaryDealers or vehicle owners will inspect for proper function of the hazard warning lamps. if necessary, dealers will replace the hazard lamp switch.

 The horn stopped working soon after purchasing the vehicle. tt consumer states s he took vehicle to dealer on several occasions and they stated they put in a new horn but problem started again, consumer stated she took vehicle again ,and so far horn is working now, also headlight was replaced.*jb

 While driving on a road on the way to work, went to put high beam on and hit a bump, and all lights went off. when consumer turned off the high beams, regular headlights comes back on. contacted the dealer. dealer put on a new switch three times. *ak
