| Tl-the contact owns a 1995 pontiac sunfire. she was driving approximately 60 mph with the cruise control engaged. she turned the cruise control off and attempted to slow down but the accelerator pedal remained stuck in a depressed position. after repeated pressure was applied to the brake pedal she accelerator pedal became dislodged. the vehicle was not taken to be examined for the cause of failure and was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 115,000. sm. | |||

| Vehicle was surging at 35 mph. local pontiac service contacted gm technical service. when computer which is placed in wheel well was removed it was full of water and corroded. new computer was installed, but vehicle cannot be set to correctly run with it. vehicle has been inoperable for two weeks. | |||
