Defect Summary	On certain motor homes, the chassis fuel return line, which is tapped to supply fuel to the generator, has been found to have pressures that exceed the maximum allowed by the generator manufacturer. as a result, if the generator is operated at the same time the chassis engine is running, excess fuel could be delivered to the generator, creating a potential for a generator stall and possible fuel spill.
Consequence Summary	In the event of a fuel spill, a fire could occur.
Corrective Summary	Dealers will install an approved kit that draws the generator fuel supply directly from the fuel tank. owner notification began may 5, 2003. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact r-vision at 1-574-268-2111.

	Tl-the contact owns a 2003 rollsrite model#25kp25hd serial#1r9pd25293m356576. (n/a).the contact stated while driving 55 mph the trailer hitch that was hooked to the back of his vehicle broke away. on the trailer it was not the weld area it was the pulling ring that snapped off. the trailer fell onto the ground and wedged itself unto the pavement and the vehicle that was pulling it. the driver controled the trailer due to the sparks that was flying from under the trailer. the trailer was towed to the service yard for inspection. the manufacturer was contacted who informed him to contact the supplier that serviced the trailer. the trailer does not have mileages....mw

	Dt: 2003 condor motor home made by r vision. the consumer was experiencing problems with the windshield coming out. the passenger side came out first. it was covered under warranty therefore repaired. the driver's side fell out but it wasn't under warranty. the consumer had it repaired at the cost of $125.00. one week ago both sides fell out to the outside but did not hit the ground. the consumer was able to tie the windshields up until he could get home to have them repaired. the consumer talked to the manufacture and they said they were not having problems with this, but talked to the dealer and they said they replaced 5 windshields in one motor home, and one in another motor home. the consumer was told there were no recalls. jb nm

	Dt: the consumer stated he has lost 4 windshields in his 2003 condor motor home by r vision. he has talked to the dealer and they said there have been similar problems in another motor homes. the manufacturer sent him a new windshield, the first time and paid for it. he has had to pay for the last 3 himself. in may 2005, he had taken a trip and lost the last two he had previously installed. they fell off of the frame. *jb
