 While driving at approximately 45mph steering wheel came off & fell into the driver's lap. had no control of vehicle. vehicle went up a small embankment & then hit a barbed wire fence & then a ditch. upon impact, air bags did not deploy. driver's back & shoulder were injured. emergency room treatment and released. *ak
