Defect Summary | Rolls-royce is recalling certain model year 2003-2010 phantom, model year 2007-2010 phantom drophead coupe, and model year 2008-2010 phantom coupe vehicles. a check valve of the brake vacuum pump may leak a small amount of lubricating oil. over time this could result in contamination of the brake booster. | |||||||||||||||

Tl- the contact owns a 2009 rolls royce phantom coupe. the contact stated that when he fills up his fuel tank the nozzle gets stuck in the tank. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where they reduced the size of the filler hole so the nozzle will not get stuck. the vehicle has been to the dealer twice for this failure. rolls royce was contacted and they stated they had no knowledge about this type of issue. the failure mileage was 9,970 and the current mileage was 10,627. rd |
