| While sitting at a stop light, the consumer's vehicle was rear ended by a suv. all passengers in the vehicle were wearing seat belts but, one occupant was thrown against the front passenger seat. the shoulder locking mechanism did not lock the passenger in properly. the passenger was taken to the emergency room for a sprained neck and contusions. the consumer suffered minor hip soreness from the collision. *jb | |||
