 Tl-the contact owns a 2009 saturn outlook. the contact stated that while driving approximately 70 mph, the rear end of the vehicle began seaying back and forth uncontrollably. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where they advised him that the rear driver side upper control arm and rear passenger side lower control arm failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired for the upper and lower control arms. approximately 1,000 miles after the repairs, the failure recurred. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where they informed the contact that the rear control arm failed and also needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. the failure mileage was approximately 65,000. the current mileage was approximately 72,000. kmj
