| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 saturn outlook. the contact was merging onto a highway and accelerated up to 70 mph to get into traffic. the vehicle then locked into that speed as if cruise control set in. the contact tried to put the vehicle into a lower gear with no success of slowing the vehicle down. the contact then put the vehicle into neutral and was able to slow it down with the brakes and then turn the vehicle off. the incident occurred shortly before the complaint was filed and the vehicle had not yet been inspected. the failure mileage and current mileages was 62000.rl | |||
