| The windshield wiper bolts loosened,causing the wipers to drop and not work properly. this resulted in poor visibility. the driver had to exit the vehicle and tighten the bolt. the dealership serviced the vehicle 3 times by replacing the bolts, but the problem still exists. *ak *sc *jb | |||
