| Defect Summary | Certain passenger vehicles equipped with automatic transaxles were assembled with an inadequate weld at the brake pedal pad to brake pedal actuator arm assembly. during braking, the brake pedal pad could separate from the brake pedal actuator arm. | |||||||||||||||
