Defect SummaryA solder bridge on the printed circuit board within the fuse panel of the power converter passed undetected through a test fixture and bypasses the fuse protecting the circuit.
Consequence SummaryThis solder bridge, when coupled with a dead short else where in the system, can result in circuit overload, overheating, and even fire, without warning.
Corrective SummaryDetailed test instructions are being provided. if a defective fuse panel is found, a new replacement panel will be installed.
