	Consumer writes in regards to norcold refrigerator recall tgw the consumer stated he did not receive a recall notice until after the cooling unit had been replaced at a cost of $2100 on september 20, 2011. the consumer stated he received the recall notice in november 2011. the cooling unit's thermal sensor failed to protect the cooling unit and caused it to fail when it overheated and ruptured. jb

	2 identical incidents, 4/12/10 (mileage on pump: ~1,100) and 11/18/10 (mileage on pump: ~12,323), affecting gm hydroboost(braking)/power steering systems, installed on a spartan chassis. loss of power steering (p/s) pumps due to broken shafts. on this system, loss of p/s pump results in loss of power steering and power assist to brakes. one occurred on an interstate entrance ramp, the other entering rest area. part number (same on both): saginaw (nexteer 989-757-4511) 26039465. nexteer (f/k/a saginaw) was twice contacted for reimbursement; it declined to respond to either. documentation, including photos, available since this is a fairly common system, this apparently chronic defect represents a significant safety issue. ## vin passed ## barth breakaway 28' 1994 ## *tr
