| Defect Summary | On certain trailers, during manufacture, some of the pipe fittings were drilled too deep, resulting in a thin wall in the male pipe thread. the male pipe thread may break off during or after assembly. | |||||||||||||||
| Consequence Summary | If the fitting fails while in use, the air brake system could depressurize, causing the brakes to engage suddenly, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash. | |||||||||||||||
