| Tl- the contact owns a 2001 subaru forester; she stated that on june 14, 2010, while she was waiting a stop sign the vehicle accelerated and crashed into the vehicle in front; the vehicles sustained minor damages to the bumpers and there were no injuries. no police report was filed. the vehicle was taken to a repair facility where it remained to be diagnosed. the dealer nor the manufacturer were not contacted. the failure and current mileage were 150,000. | |||
